The Motorola MC14093BCP is a 14-pin DIP CMOS logic IC containing four independent 2-input NAND gates, each with Schmitt-trigger inputs. It is useful for noisy or slowly changing signals. The MC14093B datasheet specifies a 3 to 18 V supply range and pin compatibility with CD4093.
