Genuine Hirose Electric FH12-40S-0.5SV(55) FFC/FPC socket: 40 positions, 0.5 mm pitch, vertical cable entry, surface-mount terminals and ZIF flip lock. Intended for 0.30 mm thick, one-sided-contact FFC/FPC cable. Check the datasheet and footprint before assembly: this is the vertical SV version, not a horizontal SH version.
