Original onsemi MBRS3100T3G is a surface-mount Schottky power rectifier diode in a two-terminal SMC/DO-214AB (case 403) package. The manufacturer's datasheet specifies 100 V maximum peak reverse voltage (VRRM / VRWM), 3.0 A average rectified forward current at TL = 105 °C, and a low forward voltage drop of typically 0.65 V (max 0.79 V at 3.0 A, 25 °C). A polarity band marks the cathode.
