Original Lite-On (Lite-On Semiconductor) S1M is a standard 1.0 A surface-mount (SMD/SMT) general purpose rectifier diode in a 2-lead SMA / DO-214AC plastic package with a polarity cathode band. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage rating of 1,000 V (VRRM), an average forward current of 1.0 A (IF(AV)), and a 30 A non-repetitive peak forward surge rating (IFSM). Functionally equivalent to standard industry type GF1M.
