Original Bourns SRP1235-1R8M (SRP1235 Series) is a high-current surface-mount (SMD/SMT) shielded power inductor constructed with a molded metal-alloy powder core (13.5 × 12.5 × 3.5 mm). It features a nominal inductance of 1.8 µH (±20% at 100 kHz), a saturation current (Isat) of 24 A, and a temperature rise rating (Irms) of approximately 17 A. With an ultra-low DC resistance of typically 4.1 m? (4.7 m? max), it minimizes conduction losses in high-efficiency DC/DC converters, VRMs, and high-current power stages.
