STMicroelectronics SM15T15A is a unidirectional Transil TVS diode in an SMC/DO-214AB package. Its datasheet specifies 12.8 V maximum working voltage, 14.3 V minimum breakdown voltage and 1500 W peak pulse power at 10/1000 µs. The reel label’s MDX marking agrees with ST’s marking table for SM15T15A.
