Hitachi HN4827128G-25 is a 128 Kbit (16K x 8) UV-erasable EPROM in a 28-pin windowed ceramic DIP package. The -25 marking denotes the 250 ns speed grade.
Programming: This chip can be programmed with the Relatively Universal ROM Programmer (RURP) and is supported by the Firestarter software. Select the chip profile that matches this exact part and its datasheet programming voltage.
The chip has been UV-erased and blank-tested, so it is ready to program. It is an original 27128 type (not 27128A) with a high programming voltage; select a 27128 profile and check the programming voltage before use.
