The RCA CD4025BE is a 4000B-series CMOS logic IC with three independent 3-input NOR gates in a 14-pin plastic DIP (E suffix). Inputs and outputs are buffered, and it runs from a 3–18 V supply, so it suits both 5 V logic and classic 9–15 V CMOS circuits. Unused inputs must be tied to VSS or VDD.
Condition: new old stock (NOS), unused. The photo shows an IC from this lot with its background cleaned to white.
