The Philips PC74HCT174P is a hex positive-edge-triggered D flip-flop in the 74HCT CMOS family. Its six flip-flops share a clock and an active-low asynchronous reset. This P-marked part is a 16-pin plastic DIP. HCT inputs have TTL-compatible levels with a 4.5–5.5 V supply; this is not the same HC variant as the separately sold Philips 74HC174N.
Condition: new old stock (NOS), unused and untested. The photo shows a chip from this lot; the background has been cleaned to white while preserving the photographed markings and leads.
