The Signetics N82S129N is a 1-Kbit (256×4-bit) bipolar PROM with three-state outputs and two chip-enable inputs. The manufacturer datasheet identifies N82S129N as a 16-pin plastic DIP for 5 V TTL systems. It is a fuse-programmed one-time device, not a UV-erasable EPROM; check programmer support and pinout before use.
Condition: new old stock (NOS), unused and untested. Contents have not been read or blank-checked, so an unprogrammed state is not guaranteed. The photo shows a chip from this lot; only the background was cleaned to white, preserving the marking and leads.
