The Philips HEF4093BP is a CMOS logic IC containing four 2-input NAND gates with Schmitt-trigger inputs. Input hysteresis helps turn slow or noisy digital signals into clean transitions. The photographed P variant is in a 14-pin plastic DIP; check the supply range and pinout in the datasheet before use.
Condition: new old stock (NOS), unused and untested. The photo shows a chip from this lot; only the background was cleaned to white, preserving the marking and leads.
