The Philips TDA2579B generates and synchronises the horizontal and vertical deflection signals in analogue CRT televisions and monitors. It provides a three-level sandcastle output, transmitter identification and 50/60 Hz identification. The package is an 18-pin plastic DIP. Check the suffix and pinout against the set’s circuit diagram before substitution.
Condition: new old stock (NOS), unused and untested. The photo shows a chip from this lot; only the background was cleaned to white, preserving the marking and leads.
