Motorola ULN2004A is a seven-channel Darlington transistor array with open-collector outputs and clamp diodes for inductive loads, in a 16-pin DIP. Its inputs are designed for 6–15 V CMOS/PMOS logic. Top markings: ULN2004A and RQ8719D; the latter code has not been dated with certainty.
