Genuine NXP NT3H2211W0FTTJ is an NTAG I²C plus 2K NFC Forum Type 2 tag IC with a 13.56 MHz contactless interface and an I²C interface. It has 2 kbytes of memory and comes in an 8-lead TSSOP/SOT505-1 surface-mount package. It is an NFC tag, not a general-purpose RFID reader.
