The Exar XR-4151CP is a voltage-to-frequency converter in an 8-pin plastic DIP. It converts a DC input voltage into a proportional pulse frequency and can also be used for frequency-to-voltage conversion. The datasheet specifies a single +8 to +22 V supply and a 0 to +70 °C operating range for the CP variant.
