The Philips HEF4104BP is a quad voltage translator for interfacing low-voltage circuits, such as TTL or low-voltage CMOS, to CMOS logic on a higher supply. It has four data inputs, complementary outputs (B and inverted B) and a common output enable that puts the outputs into a high-impedance state. The device uses separate low- and high-voltage supplies; see the datasheet for voltage limits and pinout. 16-pin plastic DIP.
Condition: new old stock (NOS), unused and untested. The photo shows a chip from this lot; only the background was cleaned to white, preserving the marking and leads.
Minimum order: 1 pc.
