Personal data policy
To shop at iMania.dk, you must create an account, which can be deleted again at any time. In this connection, we collect the following information which is necessary to be able to process your order:
Name
Address
Phone number
Email address
Personal data is transmitted securely and encrypted using SSL/HTTPS where possible. Personal data in e-mail, such as order confirmation, is not sent encrypted. Personal data is not stored encrypted. Personal data is protected through strict access control.
Personal data in connection with a purchase is stored for 5 years, or as long as the law requires it, for the processing of any warranty cases and as documentation for public authorities where the law requires it.
If you have created an account without making a purchase, your account is automatically deleted when you have not logged in for a year or when you delete your account under "Settings and overviews".
We register your personal data so that you can shop in the shop and to be able to process your order and deliver goods to you.
All employees in the company have access to your personal data.
We only use the mentioned personal data to process your order. You will e.g. receive an order confirmation by e-mail and possibly shipping information about the collection point etc. by e-mail and/or SMS.
If you have actively signed up for our newsletter, you will occasionally receive newsletters with offers and information. If you have not expressly given your consent, we will never send you e-mail or the like that does not relate to an order.
Personal data is only passed on to sub-suppliers where it is strictly necessary to be able to process your order, e.g. for freight solutions. Personal data passed on to subcontractors is subject to the same legislation as this document and subcontractors do not pass on information to third parties under any circumstances.
Personal data is stored unencrypted but with appropriate security measures in Denmark.
Personal data such as date of birth, personal beliefs, sexuality and the like are not recorded.
According to the GDPR, you have the right to access the data registered about you. You can always find all the data we have registered about you by logging into your account and clicking on "Settings and overviews", where you also have the option to delete your account.

iMania.dk will never sell, or otherwise make, information about its customers or visitors available to third parties. However, there is one caveat! In the event of criminal matters such as abuse or credit card fraud, the IP address will be passed on to the police, along with a report on this.
Cookies and anonymous data
In connection with your visit to iMania.dk's website, a number of different pieces of information are automatically recorded, as on the majority of the internet. This information is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you. The information is collected for 2 reasons. Firstly, it helps us to continuously improve the webshop's user-friendliness and to identify and solve problems, and secondly, we use this data to compile statistics for internal use.
If you do not want your anonymous data to be used for statistics, this can be deactivated under "Settings and overviews" after you have logged in. If you have not created an account or are not logged in, and if you do not want anonymous data to be registered, you cannot use this website after deactivating cookies (read the section on cookies below).

When you put an item in the shopping basket, a cookie is saved on your own computer so that you can put several items in the same basket and shop on the webshop.
