Original STMicroelectronics KF33BD-TR (KF33 Series) is a surface-mount (SMD/SMT) very low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator in an 8-pin SO-8 / SOIC-8 package. It delivers a precision 3.3 V fixed output with up to 500 mA output current and a low typical dropout voltage of only 0.4 V at full load. It includes an active-low/high inhibit control pin with ultra-low standby current (< 1 µA) and built-in thermal overload and short-circuit protection.
The factory label identifies STMicroelectronics TYPE KF33BD-TR (device marking KF33), trace code GK73914V, RoHS / ECOPACK2. The image is a generic illustration of an SO-8 package, not a photograph of these specific ICs.
