Sony CXK5816PS-12L is a 16 Kbit (2048 × 8, 2 KB) static CMOS RAM in a 24-pin DIP package. It uses a 5 V supply and has a maximum 120 ns access time.
This is a used part. The photograph shows a sample of the actual chips; functional testing has not been stated. Sold individually.
The linked Sony data book documents the closely related CXK5816PN-12L; service manuals identify the PS variant as the same 2K × 8 SRAM class.
