Original Texas Instruments SN74AHCT08PWR (74AHCT Series) is a high-speed CMOS logic IC in a 14-pin TSSOP-14 surface-mount package. It contains four independent 2-input positive-AND gates performing the Boolean function Y = A • B. Designed for 4.5 V to 5.5 V operation, AHCT devices feature TTL-compatible input voltage thresholds (VIH min. 2.0 V), making them ideal for direct interfacing between 3.3 V controllers and 5 V CMOS logic subsystems.
