Intel D27512-250V05 is a 512 Kbit (64K x 8) UV-erasable NMOS EPROM in a 28-pin windowed ceramic DIP package (D = ceramic DIP). The -250 marking denotes the 250 ns speed grade. These parts are used; old sticker residue and cosmetic wear may be present, as shown in the photos.
Programming: This chip can be programmed with the Relatively Universal ROM Programmer (RURP) and is supported by the Firestarter software. Select the chip profile that matches this exact part and its datasheet programming voltage.
This lot is not advertised as blank-tested; erase it with UV light before programming. On the 27512, OE and the programming voltage (VPP) share pin 22, so select an Intel 27512 (NMOS) profile rather than a 27C512 profile.
