Atmel AT27C512R-15DC is a 512 Kbit (64K x 8) CMOS EPROM in a 28-pin windowed ceramic DIP package, so it can be erased with UV light and reprogrammed. The -15 marking denotes the 150 ns speed grade. There is a single piece: the one shown.
Programming: This chip can be programmed with the Relatively Universal ROM Programmer (RURP) and is supported by the Firestarter software. Select the chip profile that matches this exact part and its datasheet programming voltage.
The chip has been UV-erased and blank-tested, so it is ready to program. Per the Atmel datasheet it is programmed with VCC at 6.5 V and 13.0 V on OE/VPP (pin 22) using the rapid programming algorithm; it reads at 5 V. Select an AT27C512R profile in your programmer.
