National NM27C512Q-150 is a 512 Kbit (64K x 8) CMOS EPROM in a 28-pin windowed ceramic DIP package, so it can be erased with UV light and reprogrammed. Q denotes the windowed ceramic package and 150 the 150 ns speed grade. There is a single piece: the one shown.
Programming: This chip can be programmed with the Relatively Universal ROM Programmer (RURP) and is supported by the Firestarter software. Select the chip profile that matches this exact part and its datasheet programming voltage.
The chip has been UV-erased and blank-tested, so it is ready to program. Firestarter’s NM27C512 profile programs it with 13 V on OE/VPP (pin 22) and 100 µs pulses; it reads at 5 V. Select an NM27C512 profile in your programmer.
