TI TMS2764JL-25 is a 64 Kbit (8K x 8) UV-erasable EPROM in a 28-pin windowed ceramic DIP package. The -25 marking denotes the 250 ns speed grade. There is a single piece: the one shown.
Programming: This chip can be programmed with the Relatively Universal ROM Programmer (RURP) and is supported by the Firestarter software. Select the chip profile that matches this exact part and its datasheet programming voltage.
The chip has been UV-erased and blank-tested, so it is ready to program. Select the TMS2764 profile in your programmer. As on other 2764 types, VPP (pin 1) must be held at 5 V during reads.
