Mitsubishi M5L2764K is a 64 Kbit (8K x 8) UV-erasable NMOS EPROM in a 28-pin windowed ceramic DIP package. Mitsubishi’s data book specifies a 250 ns maximum access time for the unsuffixed M5L2764K and interchangeability with the Intel 2764. These parts are used; cosmetic wear may be present.
Programming: This chip can be programmed with the Relatively Universal ROM Programmer (RURP) and is supported by the Firestarter software. Select the chip profile that matches this exact part and its datasheet programming voltage.
This lot is not advertised as blank-tested; erase it with UV light before programming. The data book specifies a 21 V programming voltage. Select a profile for this exact device or a 21 V 2764 profile, not a 12.5 V 27C64 profile.
