The Philips HEF40195BP is a synchronous 4-bit CMOS shift register in a 16-pin plastic DIP. It has four parallel data inputs, serial J/K inputs, parallel enable, four parallel outputs and an inverted output from the final stage. An asynchronous master reset clears the register. The B suffix denotes the HEF4000B family; BP is the plastic DIP version.
Condition: new old stock (NOS), unused and untested. The photo shows an IC from this lot.
