The National Semiconductor LM310J is a voltage follower: a non-inverting, unity-gain buffer. The manufacturer datasheet specifies LM310J in a 14-pin ceramic DIP (J14A). The photographed chip is marked LM310J; do not confuse it with the 8-pin plastic LM310N.
Condition: new old stock (NOS), unused and untested. The photo shows a chip from this lot; only the background was cleaned to white, preserving its markings and leads.
