The Samsung KM41256-12 is a 256K×1-bit dynamic RAM (DRAM) in a 16-pin DIP, with a 120 ns speed grade. The photographed marking is KM41256-12; this is not the KM41257 nibble-mode variant. Check the target computer’s DRAM type, speed and refresh requirements before substitution.
Condition: new old stock (NOS), unused and untested. The photo shows a chip from this lot; only the background was cleaned to white, preserving the marking and leads.
