The National Semiconductor MM74C173N is a CMOS IC with four D flip-flops on a common clock and 3-state outputs for bus-organised systems. Two data-enable inputs control loading, two output-disable inputs put the outputs into high impedance, and a clear input resets the register. The chip is dual-marked CD4076BCN, National’s 4000-series designation for the same function and pinout. Supply approx. 3–15 V. 16-pin plastic DIP.
Condition: new old stock (NOS), unused and untested. The leads may show light surface tarnish from storage. The photo shows a chip from this lot; only the background was cleaned to white, preserving the marking and leads.
Minimum order: 1 pc.
