ULN2804A is an eight-channel Darlington transistor array with outputs for driving loads and integrated clamp diodes for inductive loads. Its inputs are designed for 6–15 V CMOS logic. The photographed device is in an 18-pin plastic DIP and bears an SGS logo and the marking 88723. The latter code has not been dated with certainty.
