Its marking and package are consistent with the HCPL-2611 family of high-speed digital-output optocouplers. 0508 is retained as a literal top code; the maker cannot be established from this photo. The UL symbol is not a manufacturer logo. Family specifications are not evidence of testing or approval for these individual chips.
