The Philips HEF4029BP is a synchronous 4-bit CMOS up/down counter in a 16-pin plastic DIP. It selects binary or BCD decade counting and provides parallel load, count enable and terminal-count output. The Philips datasheet identifies BP as the 16-pin DIL variant.
