SFH610A-4 is an optocoupler with an infrared LED and a phototransistor output. The -4 suffix identifies the family CTR bin; the Vishay datasheet specifies 160–320% at IF = 10 mA for this bin. The photographed part is marked SFH610A-4 and 9635H and has four formed leads. 9635H has not been dated with certainty. The maker of this older lot cannot be established from the photo; the family datasheet is not evidence of functional testing or an isolation approval for these individual chips.
