SGS M2716F1 is a 16 Kbit (2K x 8, 2 KB) UV-erasable EPROM in a 24-pin windowed ceramic DIP package. The datasheet specifies 450 ns maximum access time for the M2716 without the -1 speed suffix. New old stock (NOS).
Programming: Requires a programmer supporting the exact M2716 device and the datasheet’s 25 V programming voltage. Reading requires both VCC and VPP at 5 V; check the programmer pinout and device profile before use.
This lot is not advertised as blank-tested or programming-tested. Protect the window from UV light in storage.
