Diodes Incorporated SMAJ11A-13-F is a unidirectional TVS diode for transient-voltage protection. It is rated for 400 W peak pulse power, 11 V reverse standoff, 12.2-13.5 V breakdown and a maximum clamping voltage of 18.2 V at 22 A. It uses a two-terminal SMA/DO-214AC surface-mount package with a cathode band.
Surplus from an opened original reel. The factory marking of 5,000 pcs is the original reel quantity, not current stock. About 40 pcs remain on the tape according to the stock check; The image is a generic SMA/DO-214AC package illustration and does not show the exact device marking.
