ST (SGS-Thomson) TS27C256-20VQ is a 256 Kbit (32K x 8) UV-erasable CMOS EPROM in a 28-pin windowed ceramic DIP package with the JEDEC standard pinout. The -20 speed grade has a 200 ns maximum access time, and the VQ version is rated for -40 to +85 °C according to Thomson’s data book. These parts are used; cosmetic wear may be present.
Programming: This chip can be programmed with the Relatively Universal ROM Programmer (RURP) and is supported by the Firestarter software. Select the chip profile that matches this exact part and its datasheet programming voltage.
This lot is not advertised as blank-tested; erase it with UV light before programming. The data book specifies a 12.5 V programming voltage.
