The Philips 74HCT4066N is a CMOS IC with four independent bidirectional (bilateral) SPST analog switches in a 14-pin DIP. Each switch has its own enable input and passes analog or digital signals in either direction within the supply range. The HCT version runs from 5 V (4.5–5.5 V) and has TTL-compatible control inputs, so it can be driven directly from TTL or 5 V logic. The pinout follows the common 4066.
