The Texas Instruments SN7404N is a classic standard-TTL 7400-series IC with six independent inverters (NOT gates) in a 14-pin plastic DIP. It runs from 5 V (4.75–5.25 V) and is specified for 0–70 °C. As original 74xx TTL it draws more current than the LS and HCT versions, which makes it a good fit for repairs and period-correct retro builds. The pinout follows the common 7404.
Condition: new old stock (NOS), unused. The photo shows an IC from this lot with its background cleaned to white.
