The Texas Instruments SN74LS259BN is an 8-bit addressable latch in Low-Power Schottky TTL (5 V). Three address inputs write one data bit at a time to one of eight outputs while the others hold their state. It can also act as a 1-of-8 demultiplexer or be reset via clear. 16-pin plastic DIP.
Condition: new old stock (NOS), unused and untested. The photo shows a chip from this lot; only the background was cleaned to white, preserving the marking and leads.
