When you shop at iMania.dk, you must provide a number of information: name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. This information is necessary because of course we need to know where to send the goods to, but also so that we can contact you if there are problems with your order in the form of out-of-stock items or the like.

When you order goods at iMania.dk, you can choose to pay for your order in one of the following ways:
Danish Bank transfer available only for domestic shipments. If you choose payment via bank transfer, your goods will be dispatched when we receive the payment. If the payment is not received no later than 5 banking days after ordering, the order will be cancelled. Account information for use during payment will appear in the order confirmation you receive by email immediately after you have completed the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes, it is recommended that you look in your "Spam" folder or contact iMania.dk by email.
If you pay by credit card, the order will be completed securely with our payment providers Quickpay and Paypal. This is done to ensure that all payments are always made over a secure connection so that your card details cannot be intercepted by third parties. Your card details are therefore never stored at iMania.dk and iMania.dk can therefore never draw more on your card than you originally approved.
At iMania.dk you can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express.
Orders at iMania.dk are delivered by Post Nord, DAO or GLS to the desired delivery address. In the ordering process, you will be able to choose between the delivery methods available for your order. We ship to countries/areas specified here: https://www.imania.dk/internationale-forsendelser.htm
Your order will normally be dispatched within one to two business days after we have received payment. Post Nord's shipping times must be added to this.
Right of withdrawal
Orders at iMania.dk are covered by the rules on distance sales in the Door Sales Act. This means that you as a customer have 14 days full right of return. If you wish to make use of your right of return, this must be notified to us as soon as possible after receipt. However, individually adapted goods (e.g. iPhone covers with a picture) are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
When you return purchased goods, they must be in substantially the same condition and quantity.
It makes our work much easier and thus promotes repayment if you state the invoice number on the delivery note or you put a copy of the invoice in the package.
You are under no obligation to provide any reason for the return, but we would appreciate it if you did. Without feedback from our customers, it is difficult for us to know where we should invest to improve our range or service.
If you cancel the purchase, you will be refunded the entire invoiced amount in Danish kroner (for orders paid in another currency, Danish kroner will be refunded in relation to the krone value at the time of purchase) including shipping, but minus any fees. The shipping costs in connection with the return are paid by the customer.
Reimbursement of the purchase amount is made by reimbursement to the payment card with which the order was paid. If the order was paid by bank transfer, you must state your bank's name and your registration and account number. We will transfer the money to your account no later than 10 working days after we have received the goods from you, but under normal circumstances much sooner.
There is no requirement that you return the goods in the original packaging, but it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly protected during transport. We therefore recommend that you save the box and other packaging if you are in doubt as to whether you want to keep the purchase.
Right of withdrawal for specially adapted goods
Goods with printing in this webshop are to be regarded as specially adapted goods, cf. the Purchase Act's rules on the right of withdrawal in e-commerce. Based on your order, the product is prepared with the image or logo that you have chosen, and this special adaptation of a product means that the individual units cannot be returned to their original state. Thus, the buyer is subject to some special rules for e-commerce, including that the right of withdrawal expires the moment the seller sets about adapting the product or starting the service.Complaint
Any errors or defects in products/goods delivered from iMania.dk must be claimed within 2 months after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to indicate and, on request, show how the error or deficiency manifests itself. If you discover an error, you must contact iMania.dk. As a rule, you can only complain about errors that appear no later than 2 years after you have received the item, which was present at the time of purchase.
For goods with a limited shelf life, your right of appeal is limited by the shelf life period that iMania.dk has given you. Regarding complaints, at iMania.dk you are at least guaranteed the rules laid down in the Purchase Act, but in most cases we are happy to accept complaints that go beyond what can be expected from the Purchase Act.
